The enamel wire stripping machine is designed for heavy duty processing of enamel coated wires, it has very strong power thanks to twin motor drive, its design enables the processing of many enamel wire types including round, square, rectangular and oval shaped magnet wire, it has a very high output rate due to the capability of stripping dozens of enamel wires at one time. The abrasive method of stripping wire utilizes either wire or fiberglass brushes to abrade the insulation off the conductor, this type of stripping is both quicker and less damaging to the wire than scrapping processes.
