This series is a cable IDC piercing connector crimping machine, suitable for crimping 4~96Pin flat wires, and there are 3 sub-models to choose from. The base fixture is installed on the slide rail, and the fixture can be pulled out when placing IDC terminals and flat wires. After the terminal is fixed, push the jig into the crimping position and it will automatically start by induction without stepping on the foot switch. The operation is simple and the production efficiency is high. It can produce 300~600 wire ends per hour.
The whole machine is compact in structure, small in size, and weighs only about 15kg. The steel is chrome-plated, which is beautiful and does not rust. Equipped with a time relay, the pressing down time can be adjusted within the range of 1-10 seconds as required.
