1、Equipment overview

• Cutting accuracy: when the length is less than 500mm, 0.5mm+set length * 0.2%

                               when the length is greater than 1000mm, 1mm+set length * 0.2%

• Principle of wire feeding and peeling mechanism: the wire feeding adopts servo and screw drive to ensure accurate wire feeding length. The translation adopts servo and screw drive to ensure accurate positioning. The cutter base is driven by servo and double screw rods to achieve accurate cutting and stripping.

• The wire made of Teflon cannot be cut and peeled by ordinary blade because of its special material, so the heating hot stripping function is used after cutting the wire to solve this problem.
