Define the HR strategy of King Sing Machinery, and provide HR insights on business plan formulations.
Actively shape and maintain the corporate culture, promote corporate image, and enhance the corporate cohesion.
Support management team to make annual workforce planning. To control and improve staff turnover rate, so as to ensure the stability of corporate operation.
Define and implement annual training plan to meet the business needs.
Support yearly performance assessment, people review and succession planning program.
Audit corporate salaries & bonuses distribution plans in various departments.
Handle the social security benefits & insurance for staff.
Foster trust between management and employees.
Handle employee relation issues (e.g. termination) properly.
Provide HR consultation to the management team when necessary.
To build and develop the HR team.
Be responsible for all official communication in the facility.
Manage and control the office administrative cost, effectively control and utilize the office administrative resources.
Supervise the canteens, cleanings, management of the company cars, and make suggestions for improvement.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Familiar with national labor laws & regulations and related policies. Be skilled with handling HR administrative business, familiar with HR work processes.
More than 5 years HR related experience and 3 years above managerial experience.
Strong leadership skills and good communication in English and Chinese.
