  • The photovoltaic wire is automatically feeding wire, the A end is half-stripped or tinned, the B end is inserted into the connector and the nut is tightened;

  • Counterweight single-axis pay-off machine (used for shaft installation) or equipped with pay-off reel (used for small reels);

  • There are two control methods to choose from for connector nut tightening, one is the nut tightening torque type and the other is the nut tightening position type;

  • Optional terminal crimping pressure monitoring and CCD image detection;

  • The MES interface is reserved to capture equipment operation and production data in real time (such as total production volume, operating efficiency, defective rate, material usage, downtime, etc.)
