After printing, the heat shrink tube can be automatically pushed to the designated position and heated and shrunk in place. The coding method can be optionally equipped with laser marking or ribbon thermal transfer. The coding content is controlled by computer software and supports different printing content for each wire. Data can be imported in batches through Excel tables to produce wires with different cutting lengths and different coding contents at one time. The built-in network interface can be connected to the MES system through the LAN to realize remote reading or setting parameters, remote release of production tasks and other functions.
This machine is also suitable for crimping various pre-insulated terminals. It has a built-in twisting function, which can twist the copper wires together and then insert them into the inner hole of the terminal for crimping, effectively preventing wire reversal. It also supports the use of bulk terminals. Bulk terminals need to be automatically fed by a vibrating plate. Different types of terminals need to replace the vibrating plate.

The wire cutting, stripping and translation mechanisms are all driven by high-precision servo motors. It adopts a belt feeding mechanism to ensure precise wire feeding length without damaging the core sheath; the cutter adopts a positive and negative screw structure to ensure high precision in wire stripping. The terminal crimping machine is made of ductile iron and is integrally formed. The whole machine has strong rigidity and the crimping height is stable. It can also be equipped with a terminal pressure monitor to monitor the pressure curve changes in each crimping process in real time. It can automatically alarm and shut down when the pressure is abnormal. In addition, a visual inspection system can be selected to inspect the appearance and size after crimping to ensure product quality.
