This advanced dual-head wire processing machine delivers comprehensive automation for efficient wire harness manufacturing, seamlessly integrating cutting, stripping, crimping, heat-shrink tube laser marking, tube insertion, and heat shrinking operations in a single platform. The innovative design features separate processing capabilities for wire head and tail ends, accommodating both short and long wire processing with cutting length capabilities ranging from 80 mm up to 10 meters.

For long wire processing applications, an optional conveyor belt system can be configured to ensure wires are laid flat and organized properly into the collection tray. This conveyor belt maintains wire straightness throughout the processing cycle, preventing tangling and ensuring consistent wire positioning for optimal processing results and efficient material handling.

Equipped with dual laser marking systems, this machine enables precise coding on heat-shrink tubes at both ends, ensuring versatility across diverse production requirements. Operators can efficiently manage production configurations including wire cutting length, stripping length at both ends, heat shrink tube cutting length, marking content for both ends, and text direction through an intuitive Windows 11 interface with Excel import functionality.

This system supports batch processing capabilities, allowing operators to input different lengths and marking content information in Excel spreadsheets. The machine can process these wire specifications continuously without requiring mid-production stops, significantly minimizing setup time and maximizing production efficiency. Marking direction can also be defined in Excel spreadsheets, supporting both forward and reverse marking configurations for enhanced flexibility.

The advanced dual CCD vision system provides comprehensive quality assurance by inspecting tube insertions and crimp quality, while the integrated crimp force monitoring technology analyzes force curves for each crimped connection. The machine automatically rejects faulty units and halts production when discrepancies are detected, maintaining consistent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
