This fully automatic insulated sleeve and housing insertion machine provides an all-in-one solution for wire harness manufacturing by integrating wire cutting, stripping, dual-end terminal crimping, insulated sleeve insertion and housing assembly into a single high-efficiency platform. It is engineered for precision automotive and industrial applications and delivers consistent, reliable processing across production runs.
The system supports intelligent multi-color wire processing with programmable sequences for 2–8 wire colors, enabling flexible production for varied harness designs. Its specialized insertion mechanism accommodates multiple housing configurations while maintaining precise control over insertion positioning and crimping force. The modular architecture allows rapid product changeovers and minimizes downtime.
High-precision servo motors drive cutting and stripping operations to ensure stable performance and accurate positioning throughout the workflow. The intuitive color touchscreen interface with program memory simplifies setup and quick product transitions. Optional inline quality systems such as visual (CCD) inspection and crimp force monitoring provide real-time defect detection and process feedback to maintain consistent output quality.
Advanced customization supports non-standard configurations including specialized terminal types, extended wire lengths and enhanced safety features.
