Specifically engineered for long wire assemblies exceeding 320mm in total length, this advanced system features dual-head terminal crimping capabilities that process both wire ends simultaneously. The integrated laser marking function enables precise identification and traceability by marking heat shrink tubes before insertion, ensuring professional quality and compliance with industry standards.
The dual housing insertion feature allows automatic installation of connectors on both wire ends after terminal crimping, completing the entire wire harness assembly process in a single pass. Heat shrink tubing is precisely cut to length, positioned on stripped wire ends, advanced onto crimped terminals, and heated to shrink in place for reliable insulation and professional appearance.
Built with high-precision servo motors driving all primary motion axes including cutting, stripping, and translation, while the crimping heads feature ductile iron construction for superior rigidity and consistent crimp height control. The modular, program-selectable architecture allows each function to be independently activated or deactivated, providing maximum flexibility for diverse production requirements.
The intuitive color touchscreen interface provides comprehensive program memory for storing and recalling processing parameters, enabling rapid product changeovers. Optional inline quality monitoring includes real-time crimping force analysis with automatic alarm/stop functions and CCD visual inspection for post-crimp dimensional verification.
