This machine works by feeding multiple wires at the same time. It supports 2~12 wires feeding at the same time. Multiple wires simultaneously complete the actions of cutting, stripping, crimping terminals, and inserting into the housing. The housing is automatically fed through the vibrating plate. Greatly improved production efficiency. For housing with a smaller width, multiple groups of wires can be processed at the same time to double the production capacity.

The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the moving parts such as wire feeding, cutting, and translation are all driven by high-precision Mitsubishi servo motors. The terminal machine is integrally formed with nodular cast iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. In addition, a terminal pressure monitor can be selected to monitor the pressure curve change of each crimping process in real time, and it can automatically alarm and stop when the pressure is abnormal. A visual inspection system can also be selected to inspect the appearance and size after crimping to ensure product quality.
