The equipment supports flexible operation modes including dual-head crimping combined with dual-head housing insertion, or mixed-mode operation where one head performs crimping and housing insertion while the other handles wire twisting and tinning. A customizable pair-twisting function enables secure formation of twisted wire pairs for specific harness designs when required.

Each functional module is program-selectable and can be enabled or disabled through the control software to match specific production requirements. The system feeds multiple wires simultaneously and supports concurrent processing to maximize throughput and production efficiency.
Modules are interchangeable for rapid product changeovers—replacing terminals only requires swapping the crimping applicator, vibrating feeder, and corresponding penetration fixture. This design delivers exceptional production flexibility with minimal downtime during product transitions.
The machine features a full safety protection enclosure and includes an integrated conveyor belt system that transports finished products outside the protective housing for convenient collection. Key motion axes are driven by high-precision servo motors, while the crimping unit is integrally cast for enhanced rigidity and stable crimp height consistency.
