This double-head automatic terminal crimping and housing insertion machine is engineered for high-volume wire harness manufacturing, delivering seamless integration of cutting, stripping, crimping, and housing insertion in a single platform.

Supporting both single-row and double-row housing configurations, the machine provides flexible setup options for a wide range of connector types used in automotive, industrial electronics, and aerospace applications. It enables advanced insertion patterns, including crossed insertion at both ends, and allows different housing types to be applied to each end of a wire—ideal for complex harness designs requiring asymmetric termination.

Programmable logic allows selective activation of functions, such as disabling one-sided housing insertion to enable one-end crimping with terminal only, providing operational flexibility for diverse production needs, each wire segment can be programmed with unique length settings. Customizable pair twisting (wire twisting) functionality is also available for specialized stranded wire assemblies.

Equipped with precision servo motors and industrial-grade pneumatic components, the machine ensures consistent performance, high-speed operation, and long-term reliability in demanding production environments. An advanced defect detection system incorporates pressure monitoring, optional CCD visual inspection, and force sensing to automatically identify and reject defects, guaranteeing exceptional product quality.
