This is a fully automatic double-head terminal crimping and heat-shrinkable tube insertion machine, which integrates functions such as wire cutting, wire stripping, double-head crimping terminals, double-head insertion into heat-shrinkable tubes, and heat-shrinkable tube coding. The reel-mounted heat-shrinkable tube can be cut to a fixed length and coded automatically. The coding method can choose laser marking, inkjet printer, ribbon printing and other methods. After cutting and stripping the wires, insert the heat-shrinkable tube on the wires first. After the terminal crimping is completed, the heat-shrinkable tube is automatically pushed to the designated position, and the heat-shrinkable tube is heated and shrunk in place by the automatic heating device.
The whole machine adopts the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. For example, the function of inserting heat shrink tubing can be deactivated. When replacing wires and terminals, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding crimping die and the corresponding insertion jig. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
Both the wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanism are driven by high-precision servo motors, and the cutting blade adopts a positive and negative screw structure, with high stripping precision. The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a terminal pressure monitor to monitor the pressure curve changes of each crimping process in real time. When the pressure is abnormal, it can automatically alarm and stop. In addition, a visual inspection system can also be selected to inspect the appearance and size after crimping to ensure product quality. The standard terminal crimping machine is driven by a variable frequency motor, and a servo terminal crimping machine can also be selected.
Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, when switching products, you can call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, it can also be equipped with a computer industrial control system that supports MES connection, with a built-in network interface, which can be connected to the MES system through a local area network, to realize remote reading or setting of parameters, remote production tasks and other functions.
