Featuring advanced computer industrial control system, the machine enables customizable printing content for number tubes, with each line capable of displaying different information. The vibrating disc automatically feeds terminals, eliminating the need for pre-stripping wire ends. Operators simply position the wire end at the working station, and the machine automatically executes the complete sequence of stripping, twisting, printing, cutting number tubes, and crimping terminals.
The integrated twisting function effectively prevents copper wire displacement during terminal insertion, while the combined stripping and crimping process reduces operational steps and significantly saves labor costs. The machine accommodates terminals of various sizes through corresponding jig changes, providing exceptional versatility for different production requirements.
Equipped with an intuitive color touch screen interface, parameter settings are straightforward and user-friendly. Critical parameters including cutting depth, stripping length, and twisting force can be directly configured within the program. The built-in memory function stores stripping and crimping parameters for different products, enabling one-touch parameter recall when switching between wire types or terminal specifications.
