Automatic Multi-wire copper Tape Crimping and Heat Shrinkable Tube Terminal Machine

This machine is specially designed for the mutual docking of one wire and multiple wires, and supports the docking of 1 wire and 3 wires at most (can be customized according to requirements). The four wires are sent by four sets of independent wire feeding mechanisms, cut according to the specified length and stripped at both ends, one of the wires is pressed together with the other three wires with copper tape, and the other end of each wire can be crimped.

This machine has built-in 4 terminal crimping machines and 1 copper tape splicing machine. The copper tape machine is used to press 4 wires together. The 4 terminal machines can crimp different terminals at the other end of the 4 wires. Support the function of automatic heat-shrinkable tube threading. The heat-shrinkable tube in the coil can be cut according to the specified length and automatically put on the wire.

The copper tape machine is integrally formed with ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and high crimping precision. In addition, a terminal pressure monitor can be selected to monitor the change of the pressure curve of each crimp in real time. When the pressure is abnormal, it can automatically alarm and stop to ensure product quality.

 Splicing wires with copper tapes is cheaper than traditional soldering or terminal crimping, economical and environmentally friendly. There is no waste in the splicing process of copper tapes.
