  1. This is a wire stripping machine specially designed for processing flat and double wires. The optional wire splitting mold can realize automatic cutting, stripping, splitting at both ends of the cable, and the wire splitting mold can choose punching type and marking type. This machine adopts the belt feeding method to greatly increase the contact area between the wire feeding wheel and the wire, which can prevent slippage during wire feeding and stripping, so this machine can process flat wire with more PIN numbers and wider width.

  2. The program is powerful, supporting functions such as full stripping, half stripping, and intermediate stripping. It has a program memory function, which can save the processing parameters of different wires in different program numbers. When switching wires, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key.

  3. The program interface is intuitive and easy to understand. Parameters such as wire cutting length, wire stripping length, depth of feed, retraction, and output can be freely set in the program. Functions such as long wire program, ultra-short wire program, middle stripping program, and sheath wire program can be switched at will, and one machine supports many different processing methods, which is very versatile.

  4. Support non-standard customization, our company has strong research and development capabilities, and can customize corresponding functions according to customer needs. For example, spraying machines or wire number hot stamping machines can be added to realize stripping while coding; blades and conduits can be customized for processing special wires such as flat sheathed wires and double wires. It can also be equipped with a safety cover, which will automatically alarm and stop after opening the safety cover.
