  1. This is a multi-functional straight-feed terminal stripping and crimping all-in-one machine. The crimping force can reach 3T. It can crimp various large straight-feed terminals. One machine can crimp a variety of different terminals, just change the corresponding mold. . The wire does not need to be pre-stripped, just put the wire end into the crimping position, and the machine will automatically strip the wire first and then crimp the terminal. Combining the processes of stripping and crimping terminals can effectively reduce labor costs and improve product consistency, especially for stripping and crimping terminal sheathed wires.

  2. This machine adopts frequency conversion motor for precise control, and has the characteristics of low noise, low power consumption, fast speed and high precision. The pressure can reach 3T, and the wire rod can be processed up to 1.5mm2. The stripping action is driven by the cylinder, the cutting depth of the stripping blade can be adjusted precisely, the stripping length is accurate, and the crimping positioning is precise. The waste wire sheath is automatically discharged through the pipeline by vacuum suction, which can keep the working environment clean.

Optional features:
