Automatic Wire Tinning Crimping and Housing Insertion Machine

This fully automatic system integrates end‑to‑end wire processing: one end crimps terminals and inserts housings while the other end performs wire twisting and tinning. Housing is fed automatically by a vibrating plate; the system supports 2–8 colors of wire (customizable), with independent programming of color order and length and the ability to repeat colors in sequence. Ultrasonic welding can be added for specific housings.

The machine uses a modular, flexible architecture so one unit can handle a broad range of products. Functional modules are enabled or disabled in software: with housing insertion turned off, the system operates as an automatic twisting‑and‑tinning terminal machine. Product changeovers require replacing crimping dies, vibrating‑plate feeders and insertion jigs for fast setup and minimal idle time.

Wire cutting, stripping and the translation mechanism are driven by high‑precision servo motors. The cutting blade employs a positive‑and‑negative screw structure for high stripping accuracy, and a linear translation mechanism keeps the wire straight throughout processing to improve positioning accuracy for high‑standard wire requirements.

The terminal crimping unit is integrally cast from ductile iron for strong rigidity and stable crimp height. Optional features include a terminal pressure monitor to record real‑time crimping pressure curves and trigger alarms or stop on abnormal readings, and a visual inspection system to verify crimp appearance and dimensions. Standard crimping drive is a variable‑frequency motor; a servo‑driven crimping option is available.

An intuitive color touchscreen provides easy operation and parameter setting with program memory for quick product switching. An optional industrial PC control system with network interface supports MES connectivity for remote parameter read/write, remote production tasks and centralized management.
