Multi-functional Wire Stripping Tinning and Crimping Machine

It can process 5 wires at the same time and has high production efficiency. This machine not only supports twisting and tinning at one end, and terminal at the other end, but also supports double-ended twisting and tinning, which can be used in one machine to save costs. Twisted wire function can be selected, and 2 or more wires can be twisted together to form a twisted wire. It can also be equipped with a wire splitting function for processing double wires or flat wires, which can automatically separate the two ends of the flat wires and split the wires.

The machine contains 3 sets of servo motors, the parts are made with precision, and the cutter adopts the positive and negative screw structure, which has high peeling precision. Flux and solder wire can be added automatically, and the soldering depth is stable. There is an automatic smoking device next to the tin stove, which can exhaust the smoke through the pipe.

Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The machine has a wide range of uses. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and when switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key, saving debugging time.
