Automatic Wire Stripping & Ferrule Crimping Machine

This series is specially designed for crimping reel-mounted tubular insulated terminals, with a total of 2 sub-models (see technical parameters for details). This type of terminal needs to insert the copper wire into the inner hole of the terminal after stripping the wire and then crimp it. This machine has a rotating twisting mechanism, which can twist the copper wire together first and then insert it into the inner hole of the terminal, which can effectively prevent reverse wire . This machine is also suitable for crimping conventional cross-feed terminals, direct-feed terminals, etc.

The wire inlet is equipped with 3 sets of straighteners, which can automatically straighten the wire and improve the stability of the machine operation. The four-wheel wire feeding mechanism can prevent the wire from slipping and improve the wire feeding accuracy. The terminal machine is integrally formed of ductile iron, with strong rigidity and stable crimping dimensions. A terminal pressure monitor can be selected to monitor the pressure curve changes of each crimping process in real time, and automatically alarm and stop when the pressure is abnormal.

One machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing wires and terminals, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding crimping dies and wire inlet conduits. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, parameters such as cutting length, stripping length, twisting force, and crimping position can be set in the program. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products into different program numbers, and the corresponding crimping parameters can be called out with one key when switching products.
