Thermal Protector Crimping & Shrink Tube Inserting Machine

This is a fully automatic temperature controller riveting heat shrinkable tube production line, which supports simultaneous processing of 2 wires. After cutting and stripping the wires, it is automatically riveted to the pins of the temperature controller. Both the thermostat and the heat-shrinkable tube are automatically fed through the vibrating plate. After the riveting is completed, the heat-shrinkable tube is automatically inserted, and finally it is automatically heated and shrunk in place, realizing the fully automatic production of the thermostat. The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the moving parts such as wire feeding, stripping, and translation are all driven by high-precision servo motors, with precise positioning, and can accurately control the riveting position and the position of the heat shrinkable tube. Color touch screen operation interface, cutting line length, stripping length, riveting position and other parameters can be set freely.
