This fully automatic thermal protector crimping machine is engineered for high-efficiency production of temperature controllers with heat shrink tube protection. The system processes two wires simultaneously, performing wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, heat shrink tube insertion, and thermal shrinking in a single automated workflow.
The machine features precision servo motor control for all moving components, ensuring accurate positioning of riveting operations and heat shrink tube placement. Advanced vibrating plate feeding systems automatically supply thermal protectors and heat shrink tubes, eliminating manual handling and maintaining consistent production flow.
Equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen interface, operators can easily program cutting lengths, stripping parameters, and riveting positions. The system supports up to 100 program memories, enabling quick changeover between different product specifications and maximizing production flexibility.
Built with high-strength steel construction and comprehensive safety features including wire detection, safety door monitoring, and air pressure sensing, this machine delivers reliable performance for electrical appliance manufacturing, HVAC systems, and industrial temperature control applications.
