This is a fully automatic continuous double-fold combination crimping machine, which can feed more than 10 wires at the same time, can crimp every 2 wires into one terminal, and supports crimping 2 different types of terminals. This machine uses a total of 6 sets of servo motors. The wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanisms are driven by high-precision servo motors. The cutter adopts a forward and reverse screw structure with high peeling accuracy. The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron, with strong rigidity and stable crimping height.

Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and it can also be used as an ordinary double-head automatic terminal machine with the function of closing and opening. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
