  • A variety of (multi-diameter and multi-wire color) wires, a variety of wire number tubes (round tubes/flat tubes), a variety of terminals, single or multiple connectors (plastic housings) are on line at the same time. Fully automatic switching of production according to production work orders. It can be produced in batches of a single specification or in groups of multiple specifications. After each group of wires is produced, a label will be printed and attached in real time (indicate the purpose of the cabinet number) to facilitate subsequent cabinet production;

  • Equipped with UV laser coding machine (optional thermal transfer printing machine) for marking heat shrink tubes. The processing technology of engraving the wire number on the heat shrink tube after heat shrink molding is adopted to ensure that the content of the wire number is visible from the front;

  • Equipped with multiple sets of crimping units, all terminals can be online at the same time, and all terminal crimping adopts mold-free crimping. Use a servo crimping machine to automatically switch all crimping parameters and monitor the crimping quality in real time; use a three-axis robotic arm + circular vibration automatic feeding end (no direct vibration), and circular vibration glue spraying to avoid damaging the terminal coating ;

  • Equipped with automatic connector feeding and shousing insertion unit, the connector vibrating plate is automatically loaded, the terminal is automatically positioned and inserted into the housing through a three-axis mechanical arm, and the insertion housing is in place and the pull-out detection is completed simultaneously;

  • Equipped with pressure management device and optional CCD image detection;

  • The equipment adopts modular design, assembly line layout, simple operation and convenient maintenance;

  • The supporting data conversion software can remotely dispatch work orders through the internal network and automatically and quickly convert them into production instructions;

  • The MES interface is reserved to capture equipment operation and production data in real time (such as total production volume, operating efficiency, defective rate, material usage, downtime, etc.).
