This is a stainless steel braided PTFE hose cutting Machine, first of all, it will cut the outer steel braided mesh by means of hot melt cutting, since the incision is sealed by hot melt, it can ensure that the steel braided mesh will not spread out. Then it uses a rotating saw blade to cut off the pipe, the cutting edge is neet and smooth.

It is specially designed for cutting stainless steel braided PTFE pipes, the cutting length can be set in the program, it adopts belt feeding mechanism to ensure high feeding accuracy, the outer stainless steel braided mesh is automatically hot-melted and sealed when it is cut. After cutting, the head of the tube is still round and will not be squashed.
