Fully automatic wire harness processing will become increasingly important in the future. KS-T320 is widely used to crimping PH, XH, EH, ZH and other color flat wire harness terminals. SUV, SM, VH and DuPont bar connector terminals. This machine adopted Panasonic servo motor, Panasonic PCL and HMI control system. Powerful, high precision and productivity, durable wearing parts and long service time, are the main feature of KS-T320. This machine works fully automatically, cutting, stripping, splitting and twisting are controlled by the machine all the time. The changeover between different cables and terminals is timesaving. The cutting and stripping blades are made of high superior tungsten steel, and the crimping blades are designed according to customers’ samples to guarantee perfect working performance. Maximum availability with minimal maintenance, user friendly and intuitive machine operation. All product data is saved in a database and can be retrieved at any time.
