Traditionally, terminal crimping and wire cutting & stripping are divided in o two types of machines, one is responsible for the cutting and stripping procedure and the other is used to crimp the terminals. It costs time and labor, for all the semi-automatic machines are not able to work alone, it needs manual work, moreover, the quality control is not strict enough to meet the market needs. Based on above questions, a new generation of Fully Automatic Crimping Machine is created. KS-T302 is suitable for both side-feeding die and straight-feeding die, as well as other brand die set such as JST, AMP and Molex (the later ones need to be customized to fit Kingsing’s crimping machines). KS-T302 processes the wire range from AWG13 to AWG28 (larger wires can be customized according to customers’ requirements). All of its wearing parts are made of high quality material, high precision and durable, allow a long service time. 3 sets of strong servo motors provide a stable power for the machine. The wire straightener guaranteed a smooth wire feeding and minimized feeding tolerance.

Customized Function

1.  Design a vibration plate for loose terminals, automatic feed terminals to crimping die.

2.  Install a wire conveyor belt for processing long wire (such as 2 meters long wire processing).

3.  Add a pressure monitor system to monitor each terminal's crimping force. 

4. Other function the customers require to implement.
