1.This is a pure electric wire stripping and crimping machine. It can work when plugged in. It is suitable for crimping various cross-feed terminals. After putting the wire head in the crimping position, the machine will automatically strip the wire first and then crimp the terminal.The combination of the stripping and terminal-making process can effectively reduce labor costs and improve product consistency, especially for the stripping and crimping terminal operation of sheathed core wires. One machine can crimp many different cross-feed terminals by simply changing the corresponding crimping blades.

Small and light design, compact structure, all moving parts are driven by a high-precision variable frequency motor, the stripping action is completed by mechanical transmission, which takes almost no extra time, and the production efficiency is basically the same as that of ordinary crimping machines without stripping function . The stripping length is precise, and the depth of the cutter can be adjusted through the fine-tuning knob with a scale, and the accuracy of each grid can reach 0.01mm. The crimp position and crimp height can also be finely adjusted.
