The program memory function can save up to 20 sets of data, and the crimping parameters of different products can be saved in different programs. When changing the mold, the corresponding parameters can be called out with one key, especially suitable for crimping a variety of different terminals with one machine occasion. The program has a built-in stroke measurement function, which can automatically measure the crimping stroke after the mold is installed, which greatly saves debugging time. For the occasion of crimping different wires on the same terminal, this machine can also set multiple different crimping heights for cyclic crimping. The holding time can be set in the program, that is, when the mold is pressed down to the lowest point, it can stay for a specified time and then lift up to ensure that the crimping size is stable.
This series of terminal machines are highly versatile, and can crimp all kinds of cross-feed terminals, direct-feed terminals, U-shaped terminals, flag-shaped terminals, double-tape terminals, tubular insulated terminals, aviation terminals, bulk terminals, etc.When crimping different terminals, only the corresponding crimping dies need to be replaced. The default crimping stroke is 30mm, and the standard OTP bayonet mold is used to support quick mold replacement. In addition, models with a stroke of 40mm can also be customized to support the use of European molds and other special molds.
The working mode of the servo motor can be set in the program, supporting full circle mode and half circle mode. The half circle mode means that after the servo motor drives the punch down to the set crimping height, the motor starts to reverse to raise the punch. The advantage of this mode is that the crimping stroke can be set directly in the program without manual adjustment of the screw. , but the disadvantage is that it is only suitable for smaller terminals. When crimping large terminals, the crimping height may fluctuate due to excessive pressure. The full circle mode means that the servo motor drives the cam to rotate 360 degrees. In this mode, the motor always rotates a full circle for crimping. The crimping size is consistent and is not affected by the size of the terminal. The disadvantage is that the adjustment of the crimping stroke and Like ordinary frequency conversion terminal machines, it needs to be adjusted by manually adjusting the screws. Users can freely choose the working mode of the motor in the program according to the actual situation.
