  1. This machine is specially designed for crimping bulk terminals and needs to be customized according to customer products. Usually, one machine is only suitable for crimping one type of terminal, and it is not suitable for crimping multiple terminals with the same machine. The terminal is automatically fed through the vibrating plate, and the operator only needs to put the wire end into the crimping position and step on the foot switch to complete the crimping automatically.

  2. The terminal crimping machine can be flexibly selected, either an economical silent terminal machine or a high-precision servo terminal machine. The vibrating plate automatic feeding system and the crimping mold need to be customized according to the terminal samples, and about 1000 terminal samples are required to order this machine.

  3. The automatic stripping and twisting function can be selected. For tubular insulated terminals, the stripping and twisting can be automatically inserted into the inner hole of the terminal.
