Optional features:

  1. Wire end cutting: Automatically cutting the wire end, the stripping length is more accurate, and the error of manual placing wire is eliminated;

  2. Inductive start: The machine will start automatically after putting the wire into the crimping position to trigger the sensor, no need to press the foot switch.

  3. Two-wire crimping: Designed for 2-core sheathed wires, for some small terminals, it can crimp two terminals at one time;

  4. Special terminals: Such as double-band terminals, terminals with band in the middle and other types of terminals can be customized;

  5. Power enhancement: The standard model is 1.5Ton, 2Ton can be customized, the cylinder and slide table can also be customized to larger models. 

  6. Crimping force monitor: Real-time monitoring the pressure curve after each crimping process, the machine will alarm automatically when the pressure is abnormal.
