This economical fully automatic multi-wire combination crimping machine features two independent wire feeding mechanisms and three terminal crimping stations, enabling simultaneous processing of two wires with different diameters and crimping of three different terminals. The system performs comprehensive wire cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping operations, with the capability to combine one end of two wires into a single terminal while independently crimping different terminals at the other ends.

Equipped with an innovative built-in rotation mechanism, the machine can rotate the combined wires 90 degrees after merging, allowing for flexible crimping configurations including side-by-side or stacked arrangements. This advanced feature provides exceptional versatility for complex wire harness assembly requirements and ensures optimal terminal positioning for various connector specifications.

Built with modular flexible design principles, this machine adapts seamlessly to diverse product requirements. Each functional module operates independently through programmable controls, allowing operators to disable one wire channel and operate as a standard dual-head automatic terminal machine when needed. Terminal changeovers require only die replacement, maximizing production flexibility and eliminating machine downtime between different product runs.
