This is an economical fully automatic two-wire combination terminal crimping machine. There are 2 sets of independent wire entry mechanisms and 2 terminal crimping stations on the machine. Therefore, it supports simultaneous processing of 2 wires with different wire diameters and crimping 2 different terminals. After online cutting and stripping, one end of the two wires can be combined and crimped into one terminal, and the other two ends of the wires can be stripped and crimped respectively.
Adopting the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program, for example, one of the wires can be closed, and it can be used as an ordinary double-head automatic terminal machine. When replacing a terminal, only the corresponding crimping die needs to be replaced. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
