Automatic Wire Tinning and Crimping Machine

This advanced fully automatic wire processing system combines multiple operations in one cycle, including cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, and terminal crimping. The series provides three distinct models tailored for diverse production requirements. The Standard Model handles up to 5 wires simultaneously, delivering outstanding productivity for large-scale manufacturing. The Pair-Twisting Model processes 4 wires at a time, automatically twisting every 2 wires into pairs with customizable twist distance settings. The Dual-Parallel Model is integrated with an automatic separation mechanism, capable of completing multiple sets of parallel twin wires in a single operation.

All models are equipped with high-precision servo motors and finely engineered parts. The cutting unit adopts a dual-screw positive and negative structure to achieve precise stripping. Flux and solder are automatically dispensed to ensure stable and uniform tin depth. Additionally, the integrated fume extraction system efficiently removes smoke through pipeline connections.

Designed with a modular and flexible architecture, the machines can seamlessly adapt to varied processing tasks. Each functional unit can be independently enabled or disabled via programming. For instance, the twisting feature may be turned off, allowing the system to run purely as a tinning and crimping machine—enhancing adaptability for multiple production scenarios.

The color touchscreen interface provides a user-friendly setup with memory storage for different product parameters. One-click product switching minimizes setup time. The optional computer industrial control platform enables MES system integration via a built-in network port, supporting remote parameter adjustments and centralized production task management.
