This fully automatic wire processing machine integrates single-side wire twisting, tinning, and waterproof plug sealing with terminal crimping in one streamlined operation. One end of the wire undergoes precise twisting and tinning processes, while the other end receives waterproof plug insertion and terminal crimping, delivering complete wire harness solutions for demanding industrial applications.

The machine features an advanced automatic feeding system for waterproof plugs, enabling versatile processing of different product configurations. When switching between waterproof plug types, operators simply replace the corresponding track fixture, making this equipment highly adaptable and cost-effective for diverse production requirements.

Built with nodular cast iron construction, the crimping mechanism ensures exceptional rigidity and consistent crimping precision. The system utilizes standard OTP bayonet applicators with 30mm stroke capability, while also supporting customizable 40mm stroke configurations for European applicators. Optional crimping force monitoring provides real-time quality control with automatic alarm and shutdown capabilities for abnormal conditions.

The intuitive color touchscreen interface simplifies parameter configuration, allowing operators to set wire cutting length, stripping dimensions, twisting force, tinning position, waterproof plug insertion depth, and crimping parameters through user-friendly menus. Each functional module operates independently and can be activated or deactivated as needed, providing maximum flexibility for different production scenarios.

Advanced program memory functionality stores processing parameters for multiple product types, enabling instant parameter recall and seamless product changeovers.
