This is a double-sided automatic piercing connector crimping machine, which can process 6 colors of wire at the same time. It supports crimping one piercing connector at one end and one or more piercing connectors at the other end. The piercing connector is automatically fed through the vibrating plate, and the color sequence and length of the wire can be set in the program. For example, different cutting lengths can be set for each connector.
The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the moving parts are driven by Mitsubishi servo motors, with high precision and accurate positioning. Color touch screen operation interface, cutting wire length, color sequence and other parameters can be set in the program. One machine can process a variety of different products, just need to replace the corresponding feeding jig and positioning jig.
