This fully automatic wire processing machine integrates multiple functions including wire stripping, tinning, and IDC connector crimping in a single operation. One end of the wire undergoes precise stripping and tinning processes, while the other end is automatically crimped with piercing connectors, delivering comprehensive wire harness assembly solutions.

The machine features advanced servo motor control systems with six Mitsubishi servo motors providing exceptional precision in wire cutting length and positioning accuracy. The built-in CCD visual detection system ensures precise wire positioning and automatically detects defective products, triggering alarms and stopping operations when necessary.

Designed for high-volume production environments, this equipment supports simultaneous processing of multiple wire colors and can be equipped with optional twisted wire functionality to combine two or more wires into twisted pairs. The piercing connectors are automatically fed through a vibrating plate system, ensuring consistent and reliable connector placement.
