  1. This is an 8-wheel drive wire stripping machine with right-entry wires. The wire feeding wheel can be an iron wheel or a belt wheel. It can cut and strip BVR multi-strand copper wires up to 50mm². It uses 8 wire feeding rollers to feed the material, which greatly increases the contact area between the wire feeding rollers and the wire compared with the 4-wheel feeding wire stripping machine. Thereby, the pulling force of the stripping wire is improved and the feeding accuracy is improved, and the stripping wire rod is prevented from slipping between the wire feeding wheels.

  2. This machine has the function of automatic jumping conduit, that is, when stripping the end of the wire, the inlet conduit will automatically lift up to avoid it, so the stripping length range of the end and the end of the wire is greatly expanded. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be adjusted through the knob, and it is also equipped with a wire feeding wheel gap adjustment knob and a wire straightening device, which has comprehensive functions and is affordable.

  3. The program interface is intuitive and easy to understand. Parameters such as cutting line length, stripping length, feed depth, retraction, and output can be freely set in the program. Functions such as long wire program, ultra-short wire program, middle stripping program, sheath wire program, flat wire and split wire programs can be switched at will, and one machine supports many different processing methods, which is very versatile.

  4. Support non-standard customization, we have strong research and development capabilities, and can customize special functions according to customer needs. Common optional features include:

  • Install a safety shield, and automatically alarm and stop after opening the shield.

  • Customized blades and conduits with special shapes are used to process flat sheathed wires, double wires, flat wires and other wires. The flat sheathed wires can be stripped from the inner and outer layers.

  • Add inkjet printers, wire number hot stamping machines and other equipment to realize coding while stripping wires.
