  1. This set of control system can be applied to any automatic wire stripping machine of our company. The model in the picture is a 70mm2 automatic lifting wheel stripping machine. The model of the wire stripping machine can be freely selected according to the processing requirements. It adopts Windows operating system, supports MES, and can issue production tasks through network dispatch. It integrates the functions of cutting wires, stripping wires, spraying codes, discharging wires, receiving wires, scanning code guns, and printing receipts. The software is powerful, and supports batch import of production data from Excel tables, and can mass-produce wires with different lengths and different coding contents at one time.

  2. The inkjet printer adopts the brand imported from France, with stable and reliable quality, and there are two models of white ink and black ink to choose from. One inkjet printer can only be used for one color of ink. If you need to print both white and black characters, you need to be equipped with 2 inkjet printers. The inkjet printer is directly controlled by the industrial control system, and the inkjet content can be defined directly in the software or in the Excel table, without inputting the printing content through the inkjet printer's own screen. The communication protocol of this system is designed according to the imes inkjet printer, so it does not support other brands of inkjet printers.

  3. It can be equipped with a small ticket printer and a code scanning gun, which supports scanning the code to call out the processing parameters. The small ticket printer can automatically print the information data of the current processing wire, and also supports the printing of QR codes. The printing format and content can be customized according to customer needs.
