Touch screen interface, the twisting speed and tightness, knife edge size, cutting and stripping length, crimping depth, twisting speed and tightness, and tinning depth are all digitally debugged. The length of the untwisted wire at the front and rear ends is adjustable, and the tightness of the twisted wire is adjustable; The back-pull twisting wire adopts Mitsubishi servo rotary twisting wire. The back-pull twisting wire is equipped with a double guide rail buffer mechanism, so that the wire is always in a sub-tightening state when twisting, and the twisting wire is even;

The front-end translation adopts Mitsubishi servo double guide rail XY axis, which ensures accurate parking. The front-end crimping part uses a double guide rail device to achieve gap-free crimping, ensuring the high-precision stability of the stripping and crimping end of thin wire and small terminals;The back-end wire stripping adopts precision screw double guide device and Mitsubishi servo; the rear-end rotation tinning adopts high-power Mitsubishi servo; 

The tightness of the wire twisting and the tin depth of the flux applied are all digital operations, realizing motor-type wire twisting and two forward and reverse wire twisting methods;

Long/short wire switching does not require the replacement of the rear stripping clamp, enabling instant replacement, the first of its kind in China. The machine adds a multi-stage stripping function; the front and rear stripping strokes are increased, enabling long-range stripping; the wire take-up can be equipped with a rotating take-up device, which is beneficial to the take-up of slender wires;

The ultra-wide knife edge is helpful for protecting the core wire, and the ultra-large rubber leakage port is equipped with an air blowing and rubber blowing device on the basis of suction to further ensure that the rubber is collected cleanly;

The motor rotates to scrape tin, avoiding air pressure interference, and the heater adopts a hot runner device;

Equipped with horizontal/straight terminal cutting and leaking devices; accessories are made of anti-corrosion materials to avoid corrosion and have a longer service life;

All built-in circuits are equipped with abnormal signal monitoring indicators, so faults can be checked at a glance and faults can be easily eliminated.
