The system features trumpet-guided positioning and placement limiters, allowing operators to effortlessly and accurately position wires for processing.
Operators need only place wire heads, while the automated system completes all processes, including precision stripping and crimping. Integrated with a Windows 11-based control system, it offers a user-friendly interface and seamless marking content adjustments. Additionally, it boasts a pressure monitoring system that tracks each crimping session's pressure curve changes. Any deviation from preset values triggers an alarm and machine shutdown for quality assurance.
