This machine is designed to process wires from AWG13 to AWG28. Integrated function of two-sided cutting, stripping and crimping and its affordable price allow this machine very popular among customers. Side-feeding die and straight-feeding die are both available for processing. If you have special die set, we can change the machine to fit your die (for example: JST, Molex, AMP and other brand die set are both customizable). This machine has its own wire straightener which will make sure the wire feeding smooth and stable. The cutting and stripping blades are made of superior tungsten steel and have long service time. Other wearing parts are durable and easy to purchase. This machine replaced the manual crimping work and improved processing efficiency tremendously. KS-T301 is a basic model of two-sided crimping machines, updated models are available for special requirements.

Customized Function

1.  Design a vibration plate for loose terminals, automatic feed terminals to crimping die.

2.  Change the crimping machine to casting version with more stable performance.

3.  Update the stepping motor to server motor with higher precision.

4.  Install a wire conveyor belt for processing long wire (such as 2 meters long wire processing).

5.  Add a pressure monitor system to monitor each terminal's crimping force.
