This fully automatic single-press termination machine delivers comprehensive wire processing capabilities, combining cutting, stripping, twisting, and crimping operations in one streamlined workflow. Designed for high-efficiency production environments, it processes one side with stripping and twisting while handling the other side with stripping and crimping.
The machine features an advanced four-wheel feeding mechanism that ensures exceptional accuracy and stability during wire feeding operations. An automatic telescopic tube extends precisely when the blade opens, positioning the wire accurately into the translation clip and significantly enhancing overall equipment stability.
Equipped with three sets of straighteners, this machine maintains optimal wire straightness throughout the processing cycle, improving product quality and operational reliability. The screw shifting and rotating arm take-up mechanism allows for optional conveyor belt installation without requiring equipment modifications.
The intuitive color LCD touch screen operation system provides clear parameter display and user-friendly controls, enabling operators to quickly master the equipment without extensive training. Advanced program memory functionality stores processing parameters for different wire types under separate program numbers, facilitating rapid parameter recall when switching between wire specifications.
Standard configuration includes a 30mm stroke Chinese OTP mold bayonet, with optional modifications available for 40mm stroke European or Korean mold bayonets to meet specific customer requirements. This versatile machine is ideal for electronics manufacturing, automotive wiring harnesses, and industrial cable assembly applications.
