Automatic Wire Hot Stripping and Crimping Machine

This automatic wire hot stripping and crimping machine is specifically engineered for high-precision processing of fluorine-resistant braided wires used in refrigeration compressors. It performs a complete one-side operation, combining wire stripping and terminal crimping in a single automated process to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

The machine uses an ironing-style heating method to gently strip the outer braid, while simultaneously sealing the edges to prevent fraying and ensure durability—ideal for tough, high-performance wires that are challenging to process with conventional machines.

Equipped with a three-set wire straightening system and eight-wheel feeding mechanism, it guarantees consistent wire alignment, minimizes slippage, and enhances feeding accuracy for stable, reliable operation across various wire gauges.

The crimping unit is built from nodular cast iron, offering high rigidity and long-term stability. With a default stroke of 30mm (extendable to 40mm), it supports a wide range of terminals including cross-feed, direct-feed, and flag terminals. Optional crimping force monitoring enables real-time detection of anomalies, with automatic alerts and shutdowns for out-of-spec results.

A color touch screen interface allows intuitive parameter input for cutting length, stripping length, and crimping position. With built-in program memory, multiple jobs can be saved and recalled with one key, supporting rapid changeovers between different product types without reconfiguration.
