This automatic wire crimping machine delivers a complete wire processing solution by automating cutting, stripping, twisting, and crimping operations in a single cycle. Designed for high efficiency and reliability, it is ideal for manufacturing environments requiring consistent quality and reduced manual labor.

Equipped with a wire straightener and a four-wheel feeding mechanism, the machine ensures smooth wire feeding and precise alignment, enhancing processing stability and accuracy. The standard OTP bayonet crimping applicator with a 30mm stroke supports a variety of terminals, including tray-mounted, horizontal feed, and direct-feed types.

The intuitive color touch screen interface allows for easy parameter setup, including cutting length, stripping length, twisting force, and crimping position. With program memory function, multiple production settings can be saved and recalled with a single click, enabling rapid changeovers between different wire and terminal configurations.

Engineered for versatility, the machine supports a wide range of wire sizes from 0.1 to 2 mm² and can process up to 5,000 pieces per hour. It is suitable for applications in electronics, automotive wiring, industrial equipment, and electrical assembly, making it a cost-effective choice for high-volume production lines.
