Wire Tinning Crimping & Pair Twisting Machine

This fully automatic wire processing machine integrates multiple functions, including wire cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, and terminal crimping, all in a single operation. The product line offers three models to meet different production requirements: the Standard Model, capable of simultaneously processing up to 5 wires and delivering high efficiency for mass-production applications; the Pair-Twisting Model, which processes 4 wires at once and automatically twists every 2 wires into pairs with programmable settings for twist distance; and the Dual-Parallel Model, equipped with an automatic cable separation device that can process multiple sets of dual-parallel wires in a single cycle.

Both models feature high-precision servo motors and precision-manufactured components. The cutter utilizes a positive and negative screw structure for accurate stripping, while flux and solder wire are added automatically for consistent tin depth. An integrated automatic smoking device efficiently exhausts fumes through piping systems.

Built with modular flexible design concept, these machines can easily process various different products. Each functional module can be independently activated or deactivated through programming. For example, the twisting function can be disabled to operate as a standard tinning terminal machine, providing exceptional versatility for different production needs.

The color touch screen interface offers intuitive parameter setting with program memory function that stores processing parameters for different products in a database. One-key product switching saves debugging time significantly. Optional computer industrial control system supports MES connectivity through built-in network interface for remote parameter management and production task control.
