This fully automatic wire processing machine integrates multiple functions including wire cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, terminal crimping, and heat shrink tube insertion into a single streamlined operation. The machine automatically cuts heat shrink tubes to required lengths, inserts them into wires after stripping, and pushes the tubes onto terminals after crimping completion.
Featuring modular flexible design concepts, this versatile machine can easily process various products with each functional module independently controllable through programming. Users can disable the heat shrink tube insertion function to operate as a standard automatic twisting and tinning terminal machine, providing exceptional operational flexibility and preventing equipment idle time when switching between different products.
The wire cutting, stripping, and translation mechanisms are driven by high-precision servo motors, while the cutting blade adopts a positive and negative screw structure ensuring superior stripping accuracy. The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed from ductile iron, providing strong rigidity and stable crimping height throughout operation.
Advanced monitoring capabilities include optional terminal pressure monitoring to track pressure curve changes in real-time during each crimping process, with automatic alarm and stop functions when pressure abnormalities occur. Visual inspection systems can be integrated to examine appearance and dimensions after crimping, ensuring consistent product quality and reliability.
The intuitive color touch screen interface simplifies parameter settings, while the program memory function stores processing parameters for different products in an integrated database. One-key parameter recall enables rapid product switching, significantly reducing setup and debugging time. Optional computer industrial control systems support MES connectivity through built-in network interfaces, enabling remote parameter management and production task coordination.
