Automatic Wire Stripping Twisting and Tin Soldering Machine

This is a high-precision servo-type wire stripping, twisting and tinning machine, which integrates the functions of cutting, stripping, twisting and tinning. It supports simultaneous processing of multiple wires, and the speed of processing 8 wires at a time can reach 12,000 wires per hour, with high production efficiency. The wire splitting function can be selected for processing double wires to realize automatic wire cutting, stripping, wire splitting, twisting, and tinning. It can also be equipped with an automatic twisting function, which can twist two or more electronic wires together to form twisted wires.

The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, using imported SMC cylinders and NSK bearings, Taiwan silver rod guide rails, and the main moving parts are driven by Mitsubishi servo motors. Solder wire and flux can be added automatically, the height of the tin surface is basically kept stable, and the size of the tin is accurate. The side of the tin stove is equipped with a smoking pipe, which can be connected with the ventilation equipment in the factory. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can store up to 100 sets of processing data, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching products.
