Fully Automatic Dual-Head Tinning Machine (also known as Dual-Head Solder Dipping Machine). This automatic tinning machine integrates multiple functions: wire cutting, single-end stripping, dual-end stripping, dual-end semi-stripping, dual-end twisting, single-end tinning, and dual-end tinning. It outputs 8 wires simultaneously.
The cutting and tinning machine features fully computerized parameter adjustment, including wire length, stripping parameters, strip length, and tinning depth. It is equipped with a **KINCO 7-inch full Chinese touchscreen** for operation. Computer-controlled knife adjustment eliminates the need for shims.
The tin furnace of the automatic tinning machine is made of pure titanium and has a flat bottom. The tin furnace is environmentally friendly and easy to clean after long-term use; pneumatic components: SMC, temperature controller (Omron).

The production capacity reaches 7000-13000 lines/hour, and 8 lines can be processed at the same time, which greatly improves productivity.
