This heavy-duty wire stripping and tinning machine is a fully automatic solution that integrates wire cutting, stripping, twisting, and tinning in one compact system. Designed specifically for processing thick wires, it can simultaneously handle two 10mm² cables while also accommodating up to 10 thin wires for maximum production flexibility.
Equipped with six Inovance servo motors and premium pneumatic components from Airtac and SMC, the machine ensures reliable performance and precise control. The high-power servo motor drive provides robust power output, while the widened blade frame accommodates thick wire processing requirements.
The color touch-screen interface allows operators to set parameters digitally, including blade depth, stripping length, twisting strength, and tinning depth. All adjustments can be made quickly via the touch screen for maximum convenience and operational efficiency.
The tin feeding system is powered by a constant-speed motor for accurate solder delivery, while front and rear servo-driven tinning units ensure consistent soldering quality. Advanced programming includes post-tinning wire trimming and secondary tinning functions, ensuring smooth, burr-free wire ends even for thick cables.
