This machine is specially designed for crimping bulk tubular insulated terminals. It integrates the functions of stripping, twisting, printing number tubes, inserting number tubes, and crimping terminals.The printing content of the number tube can be set through the computer industrial control system, and the printing content of each wire is different. The terminal is automatically fed through the vibrating disc, and the wire end does not need to be stripped in advance. The operator only needs to put the wire end into the working position, and the machine can automatically complete a series of actions such as wire stripping, twisting copper wire, number tube printing and cutting, and terminal crimping. The twisting function can effectively prevent the copper wire from turning over when it is inserted into the terminal, and the integration of stripping and punching reduces the process flow and can effectively save labor.
One machine can crimp terminals of different sizes, just change the corresponding jigs. The number tubes are laser printed and do not require any consumables. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, parameters such as wire cutting depth, wire stripping length, and twisting force can be directly set in the program. This machine has a program memory function, which can save the stripping and crimping parameters of different products in the program in advance, and can call out the corresponding parameters with one key when switching wires or terminals.
