Ultrasonic Tape Cutting and Welding Machine

This is an ultrasonic tape cutting and welding machine, it can mount 3 kinds of tape materials at the same time: base tape, hook and loop tapes. The hooks and loops can be automatically cut into small pieces,  and then weld to the front and back of both ends of the base tape.

The base tape is cut by ultrasonic, and the incision is automatically hot-melted and sealed, the cutting edge is smooth and neat, which is more beautiful than the traditional hot knife cutting method.

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is simple, the cutting length and quantity can be set in the program freely. Even inexperienced can get started quickly.

There is an automatic collection device at the discharge port, and the finished products can be neatly collected together. It can also effectively avoid the hook and loop tapes sticking together.
