Combining the processes of stripping and crimping terminals can effectively reduce labor costs and improve product consistency, especially for stripping and crimping terminals for sheathed core wires.

Color touch screen operation interface, each parameter is easy to adjust. The crimping motor adopts high-precision variable frequency motor, which has the characteristics of low noise, low power consumption, fast speed and high precision. The crimping stroke is 30mm and 40mm optional, and supports the use of various standard crimping molds, including OTP, Molex, JAM, JST, TE, AMP, Yazaki and other molds. The bayonet of the mold can be customized according to the customer's mold type. This machine can meet various high-end crimping needs. It can be equipped with a terminal pressure monitor to monitor the change of the pressure curve in real time and automatically alarm when the pressure is abnormal.

The stripping action is driven by the cylinder, the cutting depth of the stripping blade can be adjusted precisely, the stripping length is accurate, and the crimping positioning is precise. The waste wire sheath is automatically discharged through the pipeline by vacuum suction, and the terminal backing paper is automatically recycled into rolls through the paper winder, which can keep the working environment clean.
